About me
I am an educator with more than 26 years of experience in elementary education. During my career, I have served as a classroom teacher in grades 1–4, a Reading Interventionist, and a K–5 school-based Instructional Coach. I currently serve as the District Instructional Coach Lead for grades 3–5, where I work alongside teachers, school leaders, and instructional coaches to support literacy and content-area instruction across the district.
I am passionate about helping teachers grow in their practice and improving outcomes for all students. My work focuses on strengthening instruction through coaching, classroom support, collaborative planning, and the use of student data to guide instructional decisions. I enjoy partnering with educators to identify effective strategies, build confidence, and create learning environments where all students can be successful. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continuous learning, collaboration, and supporting high-quality instruction that leads to lasting student achievement.
