The Rubric Roadmap helps teachers use NCDPI achievement-level descriptors for EOGs (not proficient, Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5) to identify specific skill progressions and target instruction effectively. By analyzing and applying these descriptors, educators can support students in moving beyond proficiency, accelerating achievement, and meeting or exceeding expected growth as measured by EVAAS.
